You don’t necessarily need to prepare for this cleanse but here are a few guidelines to help:

  • For the love of not having lame detox symptoms, do not binge between now and your start date
  • Ease off things like sugar, alcohol, and empty carbohydrates
  • Start hydrating – you’ll appreciate the habit later
  • Buy some things for your fridge and cabinet: Fruits, vegetables, fish or organic meat, nuts and seeds, some clean oils like olive and coconut
  • Prepare to NOURISH your body!
